2019 has been another successful season on and off the field for the Stingrays. On the field we have seen an increase in registrations which has resulted in strong numbers across all grades. Off field, starting with the Preseason Family Sundowner, parents and spectators have provided outstanding support to our teams with our usual high level of volunteer effort each week making being around our Club the wonderful experience it is.
The 2018 season has been a season of change. The most significant and long overdue change has been the move to our new facilities at Ernest Johnson (EJ) Reserve. While there has been considerable interest, including from visiting clubs, it should not be underestimated the disruption and time that moving to the new facilities has presented.
Congratulations to everyone involved with the South Perth Junior Football Club on another sensational year. This year is the 90th anniversary of the Club and all members should be proud of their association with a Club that has such a deep and rich history, and which has contributed so much to the local community. The Club started strongly and were minor premiers in 1926. The Club is still strong today.
What a big year it has been for the South Perth JFC. I hope everyone has had a great season. We have had some very successful on-field results this season, with 3 of our 4 youth teams set to participate in the up coming finals series and our Year 10 side finishing on top of the ladder in the Central Conference, Barry Cable 1st Division competition – Well done!
What a tremendous season 2014 has been for the South Perth JFC. It only seems yesterday that we had 350 people enjoying our family friendly “Season Opening Sundowner”. This new initiative looks set to become a permanent fixture on our club calendar.
Welcome to the inaugural South Perth Junior Football Club 2013 year book. It is the result of the terrific efforts of our energetic Cub Committee. From a team perspective, the Club is finishing another successful season.
